Ham & Cheese Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 6 Tbsp. butter, cut into cubes
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- Maple Butter
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda. Add butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in ham, Gouda, chives and yogurt until just combined.
- Drop dough onto a baking sheet, coated with
- non-stick cooking spray, into 12 equal mounds. Bake until golden brown, about 18 to 20 minutes. Remove biscuits from oven and serve with maple butter below.

- In a medium bowl, combine butter, syrup and salt.
