Biscuit Breakfast Paninis

For an easy, yet delicious breakfast recipe, make Biscuit Breakfast Paninis. They’re extra crispy on the outside and filled with the perfect combination of egg, ham and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 4 refrigerated biscuits, cut in half horizontally
  • 4 slices ham
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, cream and garlic salt. Add to a pan and scramble over medium heat.
  2. Place one biscuit half on a Panini press sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with 1/4 of the eggs, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese and other biscuit half. Cook until golden brown. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
