Ranch Baked Spaghetti
For a dinner the kids will love, make Ranch Baked Spaghetti. With ten ingredients and in less than one hour, you can have dinner on the table.
Ingredients
- 1/2 (16 oz.) package spaghetti
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook until beef is brown and onions are soft, about 10 minutes. Drain grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Ranch, Ricotta and eggs until smooth. Add pasta and beef mixture. Stir to combine, then transfer to a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Top with Mozzarella and cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, then bake uncovered for 10 more minutes, until cheese is bubbly and brown.
