Prep lunch or dinner for your young ones in no time with this recipe for Potato Chip Chicken Tenders! Pair these simple, yet delicious, tenders with Ranch for dipping and a box of Kraft mac ‘n cheese from your local Sparkle.

What you will need is, 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 9.5 oz bag Snyder potato chips, any flavor, finely crushed, 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp paprika, Ranch dressing, for serving.

Preheat oven to 400º. Pour the crushed chips into a shallow bowl; add pepper, garlic powder and paprika. In another shallow bowl, whisk the two eggs and milk until smooth. Dip both sides of the chicken strips into the egg, then place in the bowl with the potato chips, pressing the chips into the chicken to create a thick crust. Place the crusted chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with foil and coated with nonstick cooking spray. Repeat with the remaining chicken strips. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165º. You can also bake these in an air fryer at 400º for 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve with Ranch dressing and a box of mac ‘n cheese from your local Sparkle!
