Pumpkin Pie Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar, divided
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tube crescent roll dough sheet
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to combine pumpkin pie filling, cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into 8 squares. Scoop 1 tablespoon of pumpkin mixture onto each square. Fold dough over and seal edges to create a ball. Transfer balls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together remaining 1/3 cup sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Brush balls with melted butter, then sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Remove balls from oven and drizzle with glaze.
