Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa and Potatoes
Megan’s in the Sparkle Eats Kitchen making a recipe with only 5 ingredients. There’s virtually no prep work for this delicious recipe, just dump and stir. This is a perfect addition to your spread for the Big Game, or just an easy dinner.
All you’ll need to make this dish is one 32 oz. bag of frozen O’Brien potaotes, 1 lb. of Sparkle kielbasa, cut into 1/4-inch slices, one 10.75 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup, a 1/4 of a cup of milk and 1½ cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese.
In a slow cooker, combine potatoes and kielbasa. Add soup, milk and 1 cup shredded cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until potatoes are cooked, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, top with remaining cheese. Enjoy!
