Who doesn’t love spinach and artichoke dip? It’s so easy to make and this recipe can be made in a slow cooker or in the oven. This keeps great in the fridge for a few days after making, so it’s a great snack for the kids after school with veggies.

For the dip, you’ll need one 14oz. jar of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 6 oz. of cream cheese, softened, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

To make the spinach artichoke dip, in a bowl, blend together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix in the artichokes, spinach, cheeses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Taste and add more salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a small slow cooker and cook on high for 40 minutes, or until all ingredients are melted. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or veggies.

*You can also bake in a small casserole dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
