Loaded Breakfast Pizza

For breakfast, make Loaded Breakfast Pizza. It’s topped with breakfast meats, veggies and egg- all your morning essentials!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2-3 links cooked breakfast sausage, chopped
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Spread pizza dough on a pan lightly dusted with flour. Top with bacon, sausage, cheese, bell pepper and green onion. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from oven and crack eggs overtop. Place back in oven and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until egg whites are set and crust is golden brown.
