Shrimp Ciabatta Bread
For your next get-together, treat guests to delicious Shrimp Ciabatta Bread. Garlic and fresh dill give this dish extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, tails removed
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced, divided
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- 1 loaf ciabatta bread, sliced in half lengthwise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add shrimp, butter, two cloves garlic and Old Bay seasoning. Stir and cook one minute until coated. Let cool, then chop into small pieces.
- In a medium bowl, add chopped shrimp, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, dill, chives, remaining 2 cloves garlic and cheese. Stir until well combined. Spread mixture evenly overtop both halves of the ciabatta bread.
- Place ciabatta loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 to 13 minutes.
