Mustard-Maple Roasted Salmon

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. ground chipotle pepper
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- In a small bowl, combine mustard, maple syrup, chipotle, pepper and salt. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Spread mustard mixture evenly on the salmon. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes and serve immediately.
