Turkey and Stuffing Leftover Roll Ups
This is a perfect recipe for leftover turkey! You can also use leftover stuffing or boxed.
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups bread cubes, dried
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 16 thin slices cooked turkey
- 1 jar prepared turkey gravy
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350º.
- Cook celery, onion, pepper, butter and poultry seasoning over medium-low heat until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute more. Toss in a large bowl with dry bread cubes. Add just enough chicken broth to moisten, gently tossing to combine. Cool completely.
- Lay out 2 slices of turkey overlapping them slightly. Place 1/2 cup stuffing mix on one end and roll up tightly. Continue until all turkey is rolled. Place in a baking dish and pour gravy over top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
