Baked Brown Sugar Glazed Ham
A perfect holiday dinner for the whole family!
Ingredients
- 8 to 10lb. smoked ham
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 2 Tbsp. whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350º.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and lay the ham flat side down. Score ham with cuts one inch apart and 1/4 inch deep. Create a grid pattern over the entire surface of the ham.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients. Rub half the glaze over the surface of the ham and bake for 45 minutes.
- Rub the rest of the glaze over ham and place back in the oven for another 45 to 75 minutes, or until the ham is warmed through.
