These easy ham and cheese pinwheels are easy an easy meal or snack when you’re heading to the boat, pool, a cookout or just want a light summer lunch or dinner. You can make them ahead of time and they are easy to grab when you’re enjoying summer activities on-the-go.

Let’s get started with our ingredients. You’ll need one pound of sliced deli ham from your local Sparkle, one 8 ounce package of softened cream cheese, two tablespoons of mayonnaise, one cup of shredded cheddar cheese, half of a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, one tablespoon of Dijon mustard, one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, one teaspoon of brown sugar, a fourth of a teaspoon of onion powder, a fourth of a teaspoon of garlic powder and four to five large flour burrito tortillas.

Start by mixing your softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheeses, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, onion powder and garlic powder in a medium sized bowl. Lay the tortillas flat and divide mixture among the tortillas and spread. Layer slices of ham overtop. Roll the tortilla up gently and wrap with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. When ready to serve, unwrap tortillas and slice into 1-inch pieces.
