Ham, Cheese and Dijon Sliders
Ham sliders are an easy appetizer idea for the next big game! With less than 10 ingredients, this one is for sure a winner! Double or even triple this recipe for a big crowd.
Ingredients
- 24 pack Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 lb. sliced ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325º.
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Cut rolls in half. Place bottom of rolls in a baking pan. Layer ham, cheese and pickles overtop. Place top of rolls on top. In a small bowl, whisk together butter, mustard and garlic powder. Add in onion and stir. Pour Dijon spread overtop.
- Cover sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes or until rolls are toasted. Cut sliders and remove from pan.
