Buffalo Chicken Meatballs
Made in a slow cooker, these Buffalo Chicken Meatballs are super simple to make and delicious to eat!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, onion, garlic and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs in slow cooker and add in buffalo sauce, brown sugar and soy sauce. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours. Serve warm.
