Baked Broccoli Parmesan Dip
Baked Broccoli Parmesan Dip will be a crowd pleaser at your next gathering. Serve this delicious dip with toasted baguettes or crackers.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup seasoned Panko bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Crackers or baguette for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bread crumbs and cook for 3 minutes, until browned and toasted; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, broccoli, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, onion, sour cream, Parmesan, milk, cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder and salt.
- Spread broccoli mixture into a 9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese. Place into oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and serve with desired crackers.
