BBQ Grilled Chicken and Corn

Ingredients
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 4 ears corn, shucked
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk barbecue sauce, honey, lime juice and hot sauce. Reserve 1/2 cup for serving.
- Coat chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Place chicken and corn on grill. Baste chicken with marinade. Grill until cooked through, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side for chicken and turning often until tender for corn.
- Meanwhile, mix butter, cilantro and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Transfer corn and chicken to a large platter. Brush herb mixture over corn and serve reserved sauce with chicken.
