Chicken Bacon Meatballs
Chicken Bacon Meatballs are perfect appetizers or snacks for your next gathering. This recipe is keto, low-carb, nut-free, gluten-free, grain-free and sugar-free! Dip in ranch or barbeque sauce if desired.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, bacon, cheese, green onions, egg, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt and pepper. Using hands, mix together until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into equal-sized balls, about 1 1/2 tablespoons. Place onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked throughout. Remove meatballs from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve with toothpicks and desired dressing.
