Cuban Sliders
To kick off basketball season, make Cuban Sliders. These sandwiches are easy to make (you don’t have to assemble them individually) and perfect for parties.
Ingredients
- 2 (12 oz.) packages Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 lbs. thinly sliced ham
- 2 cups prepared pulled pork
- 9 slices Swiss cheese
- 24 dill pickle slices
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Without separating, cut each package of rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom halves in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Spread mayonnaise evenly on the bottom of each roll. Top with ham, pork, cheese and pickles, then top with top halves of rolls.
- In a small bowl, mix butter, onion and mustard. Drizzle mixture over sandwiches. Cover with foil and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake about 5 to 10 more minutes.
