Air Fryer Fish

Have an air fryer and need new recipes? Make Air Fryer Fish! It’s super simple to make and served with a homemade Sweet ‘n Spicy Sauce.

Ingredients

  • Fish
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 fish fillets, cut in half
  • Oil, to mist
  • Sweet ‘n Spicy Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. Fish
  2. Set your air fryer to 400°.
  3. In a shallow dish, add cornmeal, flour, Old Bay, salt, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder and pepper.
  4. Coat both sides of fish in seasoning. Place fillets in the air fryer basket, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for about 10 minutes. Open basket, spray fish with oil and flip over. Cook for 7 more minutes, or until done. Serve with sauce below.

  6. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, chili sauce and Sriracha.
