Hawaiian Dip
Looking for an easy poolside snack? Make Hawaiian Dip, complete with crushed pineapple, ham and bacon.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 can crushed pineapple, reserve ¼ cup juice
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped ham
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- Crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and pineapple juice until smooth. Spread evenly into a pie pan.
- Top cream cheese mixture with crushed pineapple, cheese, ham, bacon and green onion. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving with crackers.
