Hawaiian Dip

Hawaiian Dip

Looking for an easy poolside snack? Make Hawaiian Dip, complete with crushed pineapple, ham and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, reserve ¼ cup juice
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • Crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream and pineapple juice until smooth. Spread evenly into a pie pan.
  2. Top cream cheese mixture with crushed pineapple, cheese, ham, bacon and green onion. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving with crackers.
