Lunch Wraps 2 Ways

Believe it or not, school is right around the corner! Prepare Lunch Wraps 2 Ways and pack the kids’ lunches with either Peanut Butter Granola Roll-Ups or Chicken Hummus Wraps.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Granola

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, divided
  • 2 (8-inch) tortillas, divided
  • 2 tsp. honey, divided
  • 1/2 cup granola, divided

Chicken Hummus

  • 1/2 cup hummus, divided
  • 2 (8-inch) tortillas, divided
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, divided
  • 2/3 cup shredded, cooked chicken, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded carrot, divided
  • 4 red pepper strips, divided

Instructions

Peanut Butter Granola

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter evenly over each tortilla. Drizzle each with 1 teaspoon honey and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup granola. Roll tortillas up, then cut into slices.

 

Chicken Hummus

  1. Spread 1/4 cup hummus evenly over each tortilla. Top both with 1/2 cup spinach. Arrange 1/3 cup chicken, 1 tablespoon carrots and 2 pepper strips in a row near the middle of one tortilla. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Roll tortillas up, then cut in half.
