Greek Pizza
This recipe is so good you’ll be tempted to eat it all yourself!
What you’ll need:
- 1 large prepared pizza crust
- 1 whole bulb garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
- 2 Tbsp. cup fresh dill
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 (15 oz.) can of artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
- 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped or sliced
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Slice 1/4-inch off the top of the garlic bulb. Place in a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until garlic is soft. When finished, carefully remove cloves from bulb with a knife and roughly chop.
- Meanwhile, brush pizza crust with olive oil. Top with dill, then layer on mozzarella cheese, artichokes, olives, red onion, red peppers, tomatoes and feta. Sprinkle roasted garlic cloves over top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is golden and crust is crispy.
