Halloween Pudding Cups
This Halloween, treat the kids to a playful snack: Halloween Pudding Cups. This recipe includes two different pudding cup decoration ideas.
Ingredients
Chocolate Pumpkin Patch
- 4 Oreo cookies
- 4 chocolate pudding cups, chilled
- 8 mini mellowcreme pumpkins
- Green writing frosting
Vanilla Pudding Spiders
- 4 Oreo cookies
- Chocolate writing frosting
- 8 googly eye candies
- 4 vanilla pudding cups, chilled
- 1 can whipped cream
Instructions
Chocolate Pumpkin Patch
- Separate Oreo cookies. Keep the frosted halves as “moons” and place the non-frosted halves in a plastic bag. Close the bag and finely crush the non-frosted cookies.
- Sprinkle each pudding cup with crushed cookie crumbs. Top with two pumpkins, then pipe green icing as “vines.” Place one frosted Oreo half in the back of each pudding cup as the moon.
Vanilla Spiders
- Place Oreos on a work surface. Add two dots of icing to each, then place googly eye candies overtop.
- Top each pudding cup with whipped cream. Place Oreo cookies on top. Use frosting to pipe “spider legs” coming from the cookies.
