Turkey Salad

Make Turkey Salad, it’s easy and delicious! Serve this recipe on crackers or on your favorite bread as a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place turkey, celery, green onions and pepper in a blender or food processor. Pulse three times.
  2. Transfer turkey mixture to a medium bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers or as a sandwich.
