Turkey Salad
Make Turkey Salad, it’s easy and delicious! Serve this recipe on crackers or on your favorite bread as a sandwich.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked turkey
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place turkey, celery, green onions and pepper in a blender or food processor. Pulse three times.
- Transfer turkey mixture to a medium bowl. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with crackers or as a sandwich.
