Herb Roasted Turkey Breast
This year, don’t fuss over a whole turkey, instead make Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. It takes less time to defrost, less hassle to carve and tastes fantastic.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 (3 lb.) bone-in turkey breast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a small bowl, mix together sage, parsley, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt and butter until well combined.
- Spread herb mixture over turkey on all sides. Place in roasting pan and cook for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
- Remove from oven and let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing.
