Herb Roasted Turkey Breast

This year, don’t fuss over a whole turkey, instead make Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. It takes less time to defrost, less hassle to carve and tastes fantastic.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 (3 lb.) bone-in turkey breast

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sage, parsley, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt and butter until well combined.
  3. Spread herb mixture over turkey on all sides. Place in roasting pan and cook for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°.
  4. Remove from oven and let rest at least 10 minutes before slicing.
