Lasagna Dip
For your next holiday party, make Lasagna Dip! It has all the flavors of a classic lasagna, but takes half the time to make.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Baguette or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage and onion for 10 minutes, until sausage is cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine sausage mixture, cream cheese, ricotta, 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella, marinara, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining
- /2 cup Mozzarella.
- Bake until warm and brown on top, about 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve with baguette or crackers.
