Buffalo Chicken Ring

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) block Mozzarella, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. blue cheese dressing
- 2 (8 oz.) tubes crescent roll dough
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- Ranch dressing, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- In a medium bowl, mix chicken with hot sauce and salt. In a separate bowl, combine Mozzarella, cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Add cheese mixture to chicken mixture and stir to combine.
- Unroll both cans of dough and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Place a 5-inch ramekin in the center of the baking sheet and arrange crescent triangles around the dish, overlapping slightly (wide end toward ramekin).
- Spoon the chicken mixture on the ends closest to the ramekin dish. Fold the pointed end of the crescent triangles over the filling and tuck under the bottom layer of dough to secure. Repeat under all dough is secured. Bake about 25 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with Ranch dressing.
