Leftover Turkey Cranberry Sliders
Use up your leftover Thanksgiving turkey and cranberry sauce to make Turkey Cranberry Sliders for lunch.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian rolls
- 2 cups diced or sliced leftover turkey
- 1 cup cranberry sauce, warm
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese and parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cut entire sheet of rolls in half lengthwise. Place bottom halves in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish covered with foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Top with even layers of turkey, cranberry sauce, then cheese. Top with other half of rolls.
- In a small bowl, whisk together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion and pepper. Brush mixture over sandwiches.
- Cover with foil and let sit 5 to 10 minutes. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Top with Parmesan and parsley and serve.
