Cinnamon Roll Turkeys
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and Megan has a creative and fun recipe that’s perfectly themed. This is a great breakfast for Thanksgiving morning or to serve if you have guests in town. These cute little cinnamon roll turkeys use bacon for the “feathers,” are easy to assemble and the kids can get into the kitchen to help you.
Start with 1 (5 count) package of refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing, 1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and cut in half, 8 candy corns, 16 candy eyeballs and 20 pretzel sticks, broken in half.
Preheat oven to 350°. Separate cinnamon rolls; place about 3 inches apart on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Unroll each roll about 1 inch and tuck into roll to make a turkey neck. Bake 20 minutes or lightly browned. Remove from the oven and cool 5 minutes. Insert 4 pieces of bacon into back of each roll so they stick up. Spread icing overtop cinnamon rolls. Add candy eyes and a candy corn for the nose. Under each roll, arrange pretzel sticks for feet
