Sautéed Greens and Turkey Panini
This is an easy recipe done within minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 5 oz. chopped kale
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 slices smoked turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Directions
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Add oil to pan. Add red pepper and garlic, cook 1 minute. Add kale and water; cook 4 minutes or until kale wilts, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper
- Divide half of cheese evenly among 4 bread slices. Top evenly with smoked turkey and kale mixture. Top evenly with remaining half of cheese, spread on Dijon mustard and top with remaining bread slices.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat both sides of sandwiches with cooking spray. Arrange sandwiches in pan. Place cast-iron skillet on top of sandwiches; press gently to flatten. Cook sandwiches 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts and bread is toasted. Spread mustard on bread before serving.
