Greek Pizza

Greek Pizza

This recipe is so good you’ll be tempted to eat it all yourself!

What you’ll need:

  • 1 large prepared pizza crust
  • 1 whole bulb garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 2 Tbsp. cup fresh dill
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can of artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1 roasted red pepper, sliced
  • 4 Roma tomatoes, chopped or sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º.
  2. Slice 1/4-inch off the top of the garlic bulb. Place in a baking pan and drizzle with olive oil. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until garlic is soft. When finished, carefully remove cloves from bulb with a knife and roughly chop.
  3. Meanwhile, brush pizza crust with olive oil. Top with dill, then layer on mozzarella cheese, artichokes, olives, red onion, red peppers, tomatoes and feta. Sprinkle roasted garlic cloves over top.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is golden and crust is crispy.
